• Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner.
• Content: You must provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your project agreement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.
